Lifestyle Newborn Photography Sessions

My sessions are relaxed and go at baby's pace. There are no big, bright, flashing lights brought in, backdrops or props. My sessions focus on your family, your connections, special moments and interactions. We stop to feed, soothe, change and nurse and these moments are all expected and become part of the session. You are also free to take a break, if needed at any time. The session shouldn't feel stressful or rushed. You have just had a baby, and are likely exhausted, so sessions do not take all day, I will be with you about an hour, perhaps a little longer if baby stops for a few feeds. We only use a few spots in the home to keep any prep minimal and easy for the family. Sessions typically include a variety of individuals of the new baby, each parent with baby, siblings and baby, as well as family photos all together, candid moments and some more creative photos inspired during your session. Every session is different but unique to your family, so feel free to let me know if you are wanting more or less of something in your session.

Newborn Lifestyle Family Sessions keep things simple by going at baby's pace. Babies don't have to be overfed, sleepy or silent for the photo session.

Caregivers can continue to feed, change, rock and cuddle baby's as they wish. We work the session around whatever keeps your new baby comfortable.

Sessions focus on connection, love and joy and I guide you throughout the session to get the best results.

Grandparents, cats and dogs are always welcome to join the session.
